At Harper Allen, we want you to feel completely confident with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- The return must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order
- Items showing signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted
The following items cannot be returned:
- Hygiene products, including underwear, bras, tights, and cosmetics
- Customized or personalized items
- Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons
Return shipping costs
The costs of returning a product are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. All returns are shipped at the customer's expense to our return warehouse. If you received a wrong or defective item, we will provide a replacement or cover the return costs.
How to return an item
Please contact our support team before sending anything back. Email us at support@harper-allen.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request is approved, you will receive the return instructions and the official return address.
Please pack your item securely to prevent damage during transit. Returns that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Return address
You will receive the return address after registering your return request with our support team. Do not send items back to the address on the package without prior confirmation, as returns sent to the wrong address cannot be refunded.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@harper-allen.com with photos of the issue. We will resolve this as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or a full refund.
Order cancellation
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, your order will already be in processing and can no longer be cancelled.

You can request it by emailing us through the contact form. You will receive it as soon as your return has been registered.
Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
You will receive a tracking code from the post office or shipping carrier you use to send your return. Please forward the shipping confirmation to support@harper-allen.com, preferably by replying to the previous email.
What is the return address?
You will receive the official return address after your return request has been approved. Please do not send items back without confirmation first.
